One Day Travels (Pty) Ltd, trading as “One Day Africa” (“we”, “us”, “our”), is the responsible party for the personal information collected through onedayafrica.com. We are registered in South Africa (CIPC Reg: 2021/528146/07), 374 Albert Road, Woodstock, Cape Town, 7915, Western Cape.

When you make an enquiry or booking we collect the details you give us — typically your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country of origin, travel dates, group size, and any notes or requirements you share.

When you use the website we may automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, through analytics tools.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm your booking, communicate with you before and after your experience, process payments, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve our website and services.

We only send marketing messages (such as our newsletter) where you have asked to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to deliver your booking — for example with our online booking and payment provider to process a reservation and payment, and with the guides delivering your specific experience.

We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) that process technical data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
