The building has 24/7 security and a staffed reception, with digital-lock self check-in. As in any city, use normal care at night — take a short Uber rather than walking alone after dark, and ask us for our favourite nearby spots.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Self check-in means you can arrive on your own schedule.
How do I get there from Cape Town Airport?
