Group trips to Cape Town, made easy
Private driver and local guide for 4-13 guests
You are the one holding the group trip together — friends, followers, a community, a women's travel group, a diaspora or heritage trip, a retreat, a birthday or a reunion. We are the local team that makes the Cape Town group trip work: one private driver and guide, one 14-seater van, and a per-person share everyone can see before they commit.
- Registered tourist guide with a PDP
- Same vehicle all day
- Hotel or Airbnb pickup

One van, one price — split between you
You pay for the vehicle, not for each head. The fuller the van, the less each person puts in — so the group trip itinerary stays honest about money from the first message.
Per vehicle, incl. 15% VAT — a 1.5% booking fee is added at checkout. Driver-guide, fuel, tolls and parking are included; tickets and meals are not.
Thirteen friends on a full day is about R766 each. Eight on the same day is about R938 each — same van, same guide, fewer people to split it between.
Everything handled, nothing to herd
One registered driver-guide, all day
The same person drives and guides — a registered tourist guide with a PDP, not a driver plus a separate guide you have to coordinate.
The same vehicle from first stop to last
Bags stay in the van, nobody re-books between stops, and the whole group travels together: a 14-seater Quantum for 4 to 13 guests.
Stops that move with the group
Add a farm stall, drop two people back at the hotel, wait out a rain shower. The day bends around you, not a timetable.
Hotel or Airbnb pickup
Door to door, anywhere in Cape Town and the Atlantic seaboard — we collect the whole group where you're staying.
One child or baby seat, free
On request, at no charge. Everyone counts towards the 13 seats, babies included.
Airport transfers for the group
About R1 650 per 14-seater, one way — the same van, so the group lands and leaves together.
Airport transfers →Multi-day group trips
Two days or five: the same driver-guide and van throughout. Cape in 3 days and Cape in 5 days are the itineraries most organisers start from.
Airport transfers from about R1 650 per 14-seater, one way, whole vehicle. Airport fares are per transfer, not per day.
How it works
Send the head-count and dates
Four to thirteen guests, roughly when, and what the group actually enjoys. The form takes two minutes.
We send the plan and the share
One itinerary, one vehicle and what each person puts in, usually within 3–5 hours.
Pay in one go, or ask us to split it
Pay in one go, or ask us to split it — we send each traveller a secure link for their share. Nothing moves through your personal account.

Send one rough plan — two winelands estates and a penguin stop, a heritage day in Langa, three days that end at the airport — and we shape it around drive times, opening hours and the group's energy. Nobody is charged for the planning, and nothing is booked until you say yes.
Travelling in from Johannesburg or abroad? We can pair the day with airport transfers for the whole group, and with a place to stay on our stay page.
