Can we design our own private itinerary?

Yes — that's most of what we do. Tell us your dates, group size and what you love (history, wine, wildlife, food, beaches) and we'll build the day or the whole trip around you. You can also start from one of our curated days and change anything.

How much does a private tour in Cape Town cost?

The vehicle price depends on your group size. In the 7-Seater Toyota SUV — up to 3 adults and 2 children — a half day is R3 350–R3 750 and a full day R6 100–R6 700. Four or more adults travel in the 14-Seater Toyota Quantum, where a half day is R4 600–R5 500 and a full day R8 150–R9 950 for up to 13 guests. That total covers your guide-driver, the vehicle, fuel, tolls, parking and bottled water. Entrance tickets, tastings and meals are extra. Is the price per person or per group?

Both parts are shown. The vehicle price is one total for your whole group, set by how many of you there are — the more of you, the less each person pays. Entrance tickets are charged per person on top, with child rates where the attraction offers them. You can untick any ticket and pay for it yourself on the day. Your written quote lists the vehicle, every ticket and the price per person before you pay anything.

Can we plan several days together?

Yes. Open any curated day, choose your tickets and add it to your itinerary. Add as many days as you like, across Cape Town and Johannesburg, then send the whole itinerary to us on WhatsApp or ask for a written quote.

What do the half-day and full-day limits mean?

A half day is up to 5 hours and a full day up to 10 hours, from pickup to drop-off. Longer days such as Hermanus, Aquila or the Pilanesberg are priced with the extra time already included.

What is the maximum group size?

One vehicle takes up to 13 guests. For bigger groups — school trips, conferences, choirs or wedding parties — we coordinate several vehicles and guides as one booking, so the whole group moves together.

Do you arrange airport transfers and multi-day trips?

Yes. We collect you from Cape Town International, plan your days out, and can combine Cape Town and Johannesburg in one trip.

Do you work with corporate, school and church groups?

Yes. We plan private days for corporate teams, incentive trips, school and university study tours, church and choir tours, sports teams and extended families — with pacing, meal stops and logistics matched to the group.

Can you handle dietary and accessibility needs?

Tell us when you enquire and we'll plan suitable meal stops and a comfortable pace. Our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible, so please mention mobility needs early and we'll advise honestly.

Where do you operate?

Cape Town, the Cape Peninsula and the Winelands, plus Johannesburg and Soweto. Longer days — Hermanus, Gansbaai, the West Coast, Aquila, the Pilanesberg and Sun City — are priced with the extra distance and time already added.
