Franschhoek Wine Tram Private Return Transfers

This day is private road transport — not a private tram. Your own guide-driver brings you over the Helshoogte Pass to Franschhoek (up to 10 hours door to door), sees you onto the Wine Tram when it departs and collects the whole group in Franschhoek at the end, with a scenic stop on the way home if there's time. Tram tickets are optional: arrange your own, or tick the ticket in the price box and we'll book them for you (the tram sells out on summer Saturdays — book at least a week ahead). Which tram line we book is confirmed with your written quote, subject to availability. Tastings at the estates and lunch are on your own account.

Is this tour private?
Yes. The vehicle and guide-driver are just for your group — no other guests join. Groups of up to 13 people can book.

How is the price worked out?
You pay one price for the private vehicle and guide for the whole group, set by group size, so the price per person drops as your group grows. Entrance tickets are optional extras you can add in the price box.
