Cape Town's two icons in one day. Why a half-day price? Around four hours of the day are spent on the ferry, on the island and over lunch at the Waterfront — your own time, not driving time — so we charge only the half-day vehicle rate. Your guide-driver drops you at the Nelson Mandela Gateway for the ferry to Robben Island, where a former political prisoner shows you the prison and Mandela's cell. The island takes about three and a half hours — then take your time over lunch at the V&A Waterfront. We collect you afterwards for the cableway up Table Mountain and bring you home.

Is this tour private?
Yes. The vehicle and guide-driver are just for your group — no other guests join. Groups of up to 13 people can book.

How is the price worked out?
You pay one price for the private vehicle and guide for the whole group, set by group size, so the price per person drops as your group grows. Entrance tickets are optional extras you can add in the price box.
